Turns out the Caribbean Onyx TWSBI Diamond 580ALR is quite close to the Prussian Blue. The CO is a skosh more green, the PB a smidge more blue, but not by a huge margin. The accents, including the nib, are darker/different as well. I like both, just expected a little more distinction, since it looked more green/teal in other photos.

In typical TWSBI stub fashion it shows off the shading in Rikka rather nicely.

Photo of a fountain pen on a piece of paper. Its cap is removed, nib is visible. The nib appears to be a dark silver-ish color. The section of the pen is a green-blue color. Blue ink is visible through the transparent body of the pen. Below the pen is a writing sample in a dusty blue ink which reads "Pilot Iroshizuku Rikka / TWSBI Diamond 580 Stub"

The lower pen is a TWSBI Diamond 580ALR in "Caribbean Onyx" which is a blue-green color leaning more toward green. The colors are very similar, with only a slight variation in appearance.
