Last two paper types arrived. Both were iffy under UV.

First one is Maruman Notebooks Mnemosyne. It's nice and uniform but glows a bit, similar to Iroful, give or take. OK, not great.

The Rhodia Rhodiarama Webnotebook did better than I thought. It is Clairefontaine paper but different than the Triomphe Notepads. It's ivory, not bright white. It still reacted a little, but the problem was mostly due to a large about of random fibers that react a lot.

Here is another pic of the Rhodia, UV light held closer to make fibers more pronounced. It would be good if not for those.

Still, both appear to be fine for non-UV stuff. The Rhodia I bought is a little A6 I'll probably keep in my vehicle.

Final verdict for now: The best by far for UV/Fluorescent use is Tomoe River, Midori MD, and Life Noble. In a pinch, Paperage, Mnemosyne, or Iroful are OK, but not great.

Will have a blog post eventually, once I can get some good consistent photos.
