Colorverse Colorvent 2024 Day 15 is "Brinicles", which is a medium blue-green that shades a little and has a tiny bit of reddish sheen.

It took me a while to warm up to this one (har har). Sure, it's another blue with red sheen again but blue is my favorite color and it's all different tones and when it does shade, the contrast between the light/dark areas is good.

Pen is a Pilot Kakuno Family Dad (Blue) M nib.

Photo of a "Colorverse Colorspace Size C" swatch card, type 1 which is based on the James Webb space telescope. The ink on the card is medium blue-green that shades a little and has a tiny bit of reddish sheen. Upper left is text reading "#15 Brinicles" written in an EF nib and then a stub nib. Below the text are multiple stars and a galaxy outlined in ink. Upper right is a large illustration of the James Webb telescope in negative space among swabbed ink. In the lower left is a small illustration of the Hubble space telescope in scribbled ink. In the middle lower left is a blob of ink with some visible areas where it dried darker and has reddish sheen. There are lines of darker ink in the center. In the middle right is a blob of scribbled ink drawn by a glass dip pen. Lower right is text "Colorvent 2024". Laying across the card is a fountain pen, a Pilot Kakuno Family Dad (Blue) which is transparent blue

Photo of ink writing on paper under magnification. Paper fibers are visible. The ink is mostly medium blue-green but the edges are a darker shade and the very tips of the edges are reddish.
Photo of ink blob on paper under magnification. Paper fibers are visible. The ink is mostly medium blue-green but toward the edge it gets darker and the edge itself has a reflective reddish tone.

Here are videos of the ink drying, which show the color a lot better and the shade/sheen that can happen under the right conditions.
