Latest "Inexpensive pen with a little critter on it" acquisition: Kaigelu 316A EF in Dream Green Swirl Marble. Not bad so far. Looks nice and writes well for ~$27 USD.

Square three-panel image of a fountain pen. Top image is the width of the entire square, bottom is split between two pictures. Top image is of the fountain pen sitting on a tan book. The book has dark brown writing on it which includes quotes from Sherlock Holmes. The pen is green with gold-tinted accents. The body and cap of the pen are swirled with different shades of green and gold shimmer. The bottom left image is of the end of the circular cap (the "finial"). The main part of the image is a drawing of a kangaroo with a joey in its pouch. The drawing is surrounded by a circle of basic shapes that appear to be like leaves/laurels. The bottom right picture is focused on the fountain pen nib, which has the same kangaroo and joey engraved on the nib surrounded by various swirling lines.

It is a little pinker than I’d hoped, but there are some nice dark spots of red and purple and some good marbling/swirls.
