I paired up a new TWSBI ECO Glow Purple and Rohrer & Klingner Salix. It's the first (and maybe only) iron gall ink I've tried and I figured a color changing ink would pair well with a color changing pen.

It's really nice, but I'm not sure it's worth the potential dangers. I'll definitely use this one, though.

The tail end of the pen is the same slightly transparent purple plastic as the cap.
