Clicky pen updates again:
Jinhao 20 re-test sat for a week (2x) and picked right back up, zero hard starts. Either they improved the design or I got lucky. Calling this one a win.
Curidas had the same result, zero hard starts, works great, just huge/clunky mechanism.
Endless Phantoms: 50/50. Both had Colorverse ink, one with Aquarius Whispers is perfect, one with Supergiant seems to have dried a bit in the nib and won't write. Soaking nib a bit to see what happens.
Majohn A3 is a bit of a dud. Keeps drying out very fast. Not fond of the mechanism either.
Majohn A1/A2 still OK over reasonable intervals but will hard start a bit over time.
Jinhao 10s are uninked until I can think of a good way to address their sealing issue. Tired of dealing with them.
VPs have done nothing wrong, ever, in their life.
Left the nib of the Endless Phantom in water for ~5 mins and wiped it down and so far it's been fine. Wrote a whole note sheet out and has kept going after. A quick rinse before that only worked for a line and a half or so.
Must have had a slight clog/dry out slightly up the nib. I also cleaned the silicone trapdoor out while the nib unit was removed.
At least the converter was still nearly full and showed no sign of evaporating, so it wasn't terrible.
