The most difficult part of working with fountain pens is resisting the temptation to drink all the yummy-looking liquids involved.

"Do not consume the green glowing liquid" sigh, fine, whatever...

Photo of a glass ramekin filled with liquid, it is eerily glowing light green under UV light and looks like it might taste like key lime or maybe radioactive pear.  The ramekin is sitting on a blue silicone mat, and a glass dip pen is visible in the background.  Alas, the liquid is actually water with some very diluted fluorescent fountain pen ink from cleaning a dip pen, and would probably taste gross and likely make me sick.
