Another round of pen cleaning, but these were easier than yesterdays batch since I could pull the nibs and feeds. I still tossed the feeds into the ultrasonic cleaner to make sure all the ink was out of the nooks and crannies.

Cleaning the CON-70s is a PITA, but the springy syringe converter helps.

I intend to move the CM nibs from these Metros to something that seals better, like a Kakuno, Explorer, etc.

The next batch is all Kakunos, but that's for another day.

Photo of four disassembled fountain pens on a paper towel, along with a bit of rubber and a spring-loaded converter syringe. The pens are, from left to right: - Pilot Explorer/Lightive, clear with black trim, Fine nib, and CON-70 converter - Pilot Kakuno, clear with a blue 3D printed clip, EF nib, and CON-70 converter - Pilot Metropolitan Retro Pop, purple, CM nib, WingSung converter - Pilot Metropolitan Retro Pop, red, CM nib, WingSung converter
