So far, so good with the nib transplants. The Pilot CM nib in the WingSung 698 is a particularly pleasant combination. The two CM Kakunos are decent as well.

Having all the clean pens also let me finally try out the remaining inks I received in the Secret Santa exchange that I still haven't swatched.

Need to spend more time with the inks before forming opinions. I will say Stone Grey is a bit too light for an EF. Midori didn't seem too happy in EF either.

Photo of seven fountain pens next to a writing sample which includes the pen name and ink name. From top to bottom they are: - "Jinhao 10 - Vanness Possum Pie" (Light brown ink) - "WingSung 698/Pilot CM / Diamine Bilberry" (Dark purple ink) - "Kakuno Fam. Papa/CM / Sailor Ink Studio 750" (Dark blurple ink) - "Kakuno Fam. Mama/CM / GvFC Violet Blue" (Lavender Ink) - "Kakuno Fam. Baby/EF / Taccia Midori Green" (Bright green ink) - "Kakuno EF / Ferris Wheel Press Tanzanite Sky" (Dark blurple ink) - "Kakuno EF / GvFC Stone Grey" (Light gray ink)
