This is the final batch of pens I needed to clean. Now everything is either inked and usable or clean and empty.

The black one still isn't 100% clean, though, see my earlier post. It may be too far gone. The green one had NGC 2264 and needed a short trip through the ultrasonic, but wasn't bad. The others flushed OK with no extra effort.

Maybe now I'll get back to swatching.

Photo of five disassembled fountain pens on a paper towel. Each pen is separated into four parts: Nib+Section, Converter, Cap, and Body. Each is arranged in a similar manner, except for the pen on the left has its nib section soaking in a small glass ramekin full of water. The pens are all Jinhao Shark pens, which have a tapered body and a cap with a shark head design (dorsal fin, gills, mouth/eyes). From left to right the colors are: Black, Green, Light Blue, White, and Dark Blue.
