Also tried another new Pilot Iroshizuku ink in a pen, Rikka. Sort of a dusty blue. It's nice enough, but the jury is still out. I'm not as immediately pleased with it as I was with To-ro, but I do have many other blues on hand.

At least in the pens I have inked, as shown in the attached image, it's not too far off the 2024 Colorvent ink Blue Moon.

As you can probably tell from the list here, blues/blurples are my favorites. But each one is unique!

Image of writing sample on paper, each line contains the brand name, ink name, and a small blotch of scribbled ink. "Pilot Iroshizuku Ama-iro" - A light sky blue. "Pilot Iroshizuku Rikka" - A dusty blue "Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuku-yo" - A darker blue with a hint of green. "Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-peki" - A medium blue with red sheen visible. "Pilot Iroshizuku Asa-gao" - A blue-purple/blurple. "Pilot Iroshizuku Yama-budo" - Purple "Diamine Sapphire Blue" - A blurple, but a shade darker than Asa-gao. "Diamine Aurora Borealis" - dark blue-green. "R&K Salix" - Medium dark blue "Monteverde Document Blue" - More of a blurple lighter than the others. "Waterman Serenity Blue" - A pleasant dark blue.
