Pondering one of life's great mysteries over lunch. I have no idea how that got there. None at all.

Photo of a desk containing a fountain pen and writing sample on a piece of note paper. The photo is taken from the top-down at the slight angle downward from the front. The fountain pen is uncapped, the cap a dark blue-gray color and is laying off to the left at an angle with its finial pointing toward the bottom center of the photo. The pen has a black nib, clear section and body, and a dark blue-gray tail. It is a piston filling pen with blue ink visible inside. The writing sample reads: "Who knows where thoughts come from? They just appear." Thoughts is crossed out and replaced by "pens". The quote is attributed to "Lucas (ish), Empire Records" There is more writing under the pen: "TWSBI ECO Slate Blue Onyx 1.1", "Colorverse Edge of Night"
