Naturally, I caved and decided to gamble on the TWSBO ECO Fluorite Purple with Bronze. It is a little pinker than I’d hoped, but there are some nice dark spots of red and purple and some good marbling/swirls.

Three-photo collage of a TWSBI ECO Fountain pen. The top and bottom photos show the whole pen and the middle photo is focused on the cap. The cap and piston knob are a marbled mixture of pinks, purples, reds, and some white. There are small areas of very dark purple and red. The accents are bronze.

I’m still trying to figure out what to ink it with. I’m leaning toward Colorverse Milky Way (the pen I have that in now is getting low). If I didn’t have Tono & Lims Antares in another nearly full ECO, I’d be using that instead.

As a bonus, it’s fairly fluorescent, like its namesake mineral Fluorite. A lot of my ECOs are, a few are not. I suspected it would be, and it’s good to have that confirmed.

Without UV light:

Under UV light:

From left to right they are: Plum (glowing a wee bit) Transparent Yellow (glowing brightly) Glow Green (glowing very brightly, ink inside is glowing blue) Slate Blue (Not Glowing) Dark Sapphire (glowing maybe a teeny tiny bit) Cosmos Blue (glowing a lot, ink inside is glowing green) Cerulean Blue (glowing a lot) Glow Purple (glowing brightly) Fluorite (glowing brightly) Root Beer (not glowing)

Side note: I ordered this from JetPens on Friday. It shipped Saturday and arrived today on Monday. I can’t recall any other JetPens order arriving that fast. Usually takes a week or so.
